Our clothes are high quality cotton T-shirts and jeans, hand-printed and manufactured in Ghana. We highly recommend dry-clean only to keep the integrity of the colours and prints.
Thank you for shopping with us! Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate before processing your order. Merchandise ordered online will be shipped within the next 7 business days. All made-to-order and sale items are final sale. We accept returns for store credit or an exchange only for items that are in stock. Washed or worn items cannot be returned and items need to be returned in unworn condition within 7 days of receipt. Customers have 48 hours from receiving their order to report missing or damaged items. All shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returns & Exchanges
All full priced items are eligible for refund or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Sale items are final sale.
All returned or exchanged items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered and free of pet hair. All items must be returned within 7 days of receiving them, with original tags. Exchanges will be processed within 5 business days for us to inspect the items to confirm they are eligible for exchange or return. Please indicate your reason for return. We cannot make exceptions to this policy.
Outgoing and return shipping costs are non-refundable. However if an item is faulty or damaged, we can reimburse return shipping charges. Please note that we cannot accept responsibility for shipping loss or damage of returned goods. FREE THE YOUTH does not refund international duties and taxes. If you are ordering internationally and want to ask for specific shipping details or methods, you must let us know upon ordering.
For refunds, your account will be credited within 5 days of receipt less any shipping costs incurred by FREE THE YOUTH. You will be emailed a confirmation once the transaction goes through. If goods are not available for exchange, you will be reimbursed or given online store credit. All transactions will be refunded in the original payment method.
Credit notes are valid for one year from date of issue.

Oh no! If your package has been lost in transit, please reach out to customer service right away at email@example.com. As we are shipping from Ghana we ask that you are patient with the shipping process. After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Currently we accept all major credit card payments through our website to a confirmed account. Thus, ensuring the protection of both the buyer, and the seller. All transactions processed through our website denies us access to Bank/Credit Card , or any other financial information, ensuring your private information is always protected. Upon completion of purchase, your email address will be added to the Free The Youth customer email list, where you may receive emails about sales, discounts, and new collections. If you should wish to opt out from email updates, please feel free to do so at the bottom section of the email.
